iizu is being built to connect the lesson, the number, and the next question, without asking you to become a financial analyst first.

iizu finds the four quietly renewing in your own activity.

Choose one account, a few, or everything. The totals, spending picture, and insight update together.
Spending together
Rent is the largest category in this view. Change the accounts and the explanation changes with them.
Demonstration data. No real person, balance, account identifier, or supported institution is shown. Live connections use Plaid in compatible private-preview builds.
No report builder, category maze, or perfect financial vocabulary required. Ask what you mean.
iizu calculates each financial fact before OpenAI helps express it naturally. The numbers stay grounded in your activity, and every answer keeps its limits visible.

Worth a look
One recurring plan rose by $4, and a $132 order sits far outside your usual shopping pattern.
Every alert keeps its source and confidence. iizu suggests; you decide.
Implemented in the internal build; connected features are limited to compatible private-preview builds.
Four guided paths, eleven short lessons, knowledge checks, and clear answers to the questions you ask in your own words.

Academy is implemented in the current internal build. Progress is saved, paths are recommended rather than locked, and every lesson is educational, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.
Investing Lab is a planned simulation for building a portfolio, watching uncertainty unfold, and understanding risk without turning learning into a bet.
Educational simulator only. No brokerage account, no real holdings, no profit promise, and no recommendation to buy anything shown.

RISK EXPLANATION
One position is 18% of everything you hold. That is the part that will move your total most on a bad day.
If licensed market data is unavailable, the Lab would use clearly labelled demonstration movement instead.

The furthest part of the plan from a shipping date: exploring whether understanding could arrive at the same moment as a real purchase.
This is not a card programme
A shape for a long-term idea
At the moment of spending
“This purchase leaves $42 before your next deposit.”
Exploratory only. This would depend on regulated partners, eligibility rules, guardian participation, and evidence that people want it. iizu is not a bank, holds no deposits, and has no card programme.
A plan you can inspect
The route fades as certainty does. Every destination still carries its status in words, and every planned feature remains visible.
Phase 1
Working todayOne analysis pass over every account, so spending, subscriptions and answers can never disagree with each other.
20 details →Phase 2
Working todayFour short Academy paths through the money questions people actually hit, with progress saved as they learn.

PlannedA simulator with a simulated balance, so a first mistake costs a lesson instead of a paycheque.

FutureSmall, finishable steps, and a design that rewards showing up rather than opening the app.

Long-term visionThe furthest thing from a shipping date on this page, and the reason the rest of it exists.
8 details →Order can change. If testing shows people need something in Phase 3 before something in Phase 2, it moves. No launch dates are presented as promises.
Open the full roadmapNot a badge, a vague shield, or a claim about an audit that has not happened.
What iizu does not claim
No security certification, banking licence, regulatory registration, insurance, or completed independent audit. Those claims will wait for evidence.
Nothing is connected without you doing it, and you can disconnect an account whenever you want.
Assistant context is deliberately limited: identifiers are removed, account numbers masked, and records capped.
No selling personal financial data and no sharing it with advertisers.
Plaid handles bank sign-in, so iizu never receives your bank username or password.
Your information stays connected to your account, and signing out clears financial state from the device.
Estimates are labelled, confidence travels with an insight, and iizu says when it cannot know.
iizu can explain your numbers and general ideas; it does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
End of trust principlesWhy iizu exists
Almost nobody is taught how money works before they have to use it.
A first paycheque, card, rent payment, and tax form arrive before the explanation. iizu is being built so understanding your own money can feel ordinary from the beginning.
Join the waitlist for the moments that matter, and put your hand up to help shape the early product.
Including the answers that are less exciting and more important.
An AI financial companion being built for phones. It is designed to read your financial life across every account you connect, explain what it finds in plain language, and teach you the parts you were never taught.
Teenagers and young adults first: the people who get handed real financial decisions before anyone explains them. It is not built to look like a kids' app, and plenty of adults have the same questions.
No. iizu is in development and there is no public release. An internal build runs on a demonstration ledger. The waitlist is how you find out when that changes.
You can put your hand up when you join the waitlist. Early testing groups will be small and chosen for a spread of situations and devices, so we cannot offer a place to everyone who asks.
Academy is working in the current internal build. It has eleven short lessons across four guided paths, with knowledge checks and saved progress. You can ask a question in your own words, and optional personal examples use only summarized patterns from accounts you selected. It is educational information, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice.
Yes in the internal build. People can select any combination of checking, savings and card accounts, and the same selection drives balances, transactions, analysis, alerts, assistant answers and net worth. Live connections use Plaid in compatible private-preview builds, and iizu is not publicly released yet.
None are publicly announced yet. Plaid connections are implemented for compatible private-preview builds, but we will not publish a list of supported institutions until those connections are tested.
No. iizu does not hold money, move money, issue cards, or insure deposits, and it is not a licensed financial adviser or a broker. A teen card appears on the roadmap as a long-term possibility that would depend on partnerships and regulation.
No. iizu is built to explain your own numbers and teach general concepts. It does not give regulated investment, tax or legal advice, and it will not tell you which security to buy. For decisions that need a professional, see one.
A simulator is planned: the Investing Lab, using a simulated balance. It is for learning how markets behave. It is not a brokerage account and no real money would be at risk in it.
No. Simulated cash, simulated positions. If a properly licensed market-data source is in place, price movement would follow the real market; otherwise the Lab runs on clearly labelled demonstration prices.
The privacy page explains the intended approach: you connect an account deliberately through Plaid, you can disconnect it, iizu asks for the least it needs, and your financial data is not sold. It will be updated before live connections are enabled.
We are not giving dates we cannot keep. The roadmap uses status instead (working today, in development, planned, future, long-term vision), and the order can change based on what testing shows.
It stores your first name, email and the optional answers you give, so we can tell you when there is something to try and pick early testers sensibly. No position number, no queue to jump, no sharing with anyone else.
